House of Louis XV is pleased to offer all clients purchasing items via the internet, telephone or mail a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Please note that custom work, special orders (including rings that have been sized at no charge or a specified charge), items showing signs of wear, and items that have been personalized, engraved, altered or damaged will be eligible for store credit only. Only store credit can be issued for an item that was purchased as a gift.
To receive a refund or exchange, the following procedures must be followed exactly:
1. Contact a House of Louis XV associate at 480.699.5529 or 800.504.4549 for a Merchandise Return Authorization Code (MRAC). If applicable, you will be asked at this time for a verification of the credit card number used to purchase the item.
2. Write the MRAC on the receipt that accompanied your jewelry.
3. Place your jewelry in its original Louis XV packaging as securely as it was received. Place the item and any accompanying appraisals or other collateral materials in a cardboard box, which can be provided by the local post office. Secure and cover the entire box in paper mailing tape, which can also be obtained at the local post office.
4. Note: If your item was shipped with a diamond certificate and that isn't returned, you will be liable for a $250 replacement cost. If your item was shipped with a Louis XV appraisal and that item isn't returned, you will be liable for a $50 replacement cost.
5. After your package is completely sealed with paper mailing tape, write the MRAC on the box next to your return address.

7. Send the package via Registered U.S. Postal Service, making sure to insure the item for its replacement value and post marked within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
8. All unauthorized returns (returns without an MRAC), improperly packaged returns, or non-Registered uninsured returns will not be accepted by the House of Louis XV.
9. Once we have received a qualified return, please allow up to 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Please be aware that, in the event of a return, your refund may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
10. Please be aware that there will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualified returned orders, and there may be a 15% restocking fee for all exchanged items.
